Born and raised in Provo, Utah, USA
Bonnie attended BYU on an art scholarship for 2 years. Moving to California, she took UCLA extension courses in costume & design, studied screenwriting at Cal State Northridge, plus studied under Maurice Stein - Theatrical Make-up. She loves family, animals, art in all it's forms... from theater, dance, opera, music, sets, design, painting, sculpting, architecture, landscaping and nature! Bonnie has volunteered throughout her life... dedicating herself to creating things of beauty. Backdrops for Anderson School of Dance, brochures for Waldorf School, costumes for Ballets, creative cookies for the Orphanage in Urubamba, and more technical aspects as web designer for local charities. While living in Los Angeles, Bonnie worked in the glamour business, starting as a stylist for major catalogs, and moving on to become a Make-up Artist for print and film, continuing her artistic search she then began Art Directing Commercials in Los Angeles, Ca. She currently resides in Fordland Missouri with her husband Robert Palmer where they have designed and built Chateau Charmant, the Jewel of the Ozarks, a 13th century inspired castle open for events and weddings. |
